Latesha Watson is a member of both the Nevada Sheriffs and Chiefs Association and the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives. During her time as Henderson, Nevada's Chief of Police, crime rates dropped 14%, a phenomenal accomplishment. Latesha has also received other awards for her hard work.
