Experience freediving in Panglao, a world-class destination with pristine waters and ideal conditions. Conservation Freediving Bohol, an AIDA and Apnea Total school, provides AIDA 1-4 Star, Apnea Total Freediver, and Advanced Freediver courses, plus tailored coaching for all levels and deeper divers. For every 8 students, we train a local spearfisher for free, teaching safety skills to reduce risks, and support the training of Filipino lifeguards and first responders in Bohol.
