If the EU does not give a motorcycle licence, or you fail to clear the license tests, you can drive a bicycle and small vehicles. However, remember to attend the classes and pass the test to qualify for a motorcycle licence. Having a full driving licence in the UK allows riding up to a 125cc motorcycle.
