One of the characterizing elements of RBEmpire was its high level man-made brainpower framework. The NPCs (non-player characters) were not generally straightforward prearranged substances yet independent elements equipped for learning and adjusting. This brought another degree of authenticity and challenge to the game, as NPCs could communicate with players in startling and savvy ways.
