About

Last summer, I went hiking with my friends in the Rocky Mountains. We planned to camp near a lake and enjoy the nature. Everything was going well until we heard a loud roar in the middle of the night. We got out of our tents and saw a huge bear standing on its hind legs. It was looking at us with curiosity and hunger. We were terrified and didn’t know what to do. Luckily, one of my friends had a whistle and blew it as hard as he could. The noise scared the bear and it ran away into the woods. We were relieved and grateful that nothing bad happened. We decided to pack our things and leave the place as soon as possible. We learned a valuable lesson that day: always be prepared for unexpected encounters in the wild.
