beef jerky - Jawbox Jerky was started in 2015 out of our kitchens in Denver, Colorado. To be honest, we were fed up with snacks made with the wrong ingredients for the wrong reasons. We started Jawbox with grass-fed beef, a dehydrator and an idea to make a better jerky. We created handcrafted batches of jerky from Colorado beef using only natural ingredients – and we still do.
