Jeff Rose Construction has been in business in Ventura County since 1990. I am a hands on contractor, that means I will be on the job, not an endless stream of subcontractors. I don't do all phases of construction so sometimes I will have to sub out some of the work, but even then I will be on the job often to check up on progress.
