Dark hardwood Laminate Flooring - $1.50 obo

Details:

I have about 1,000 sq. ft. of hardwood laminate flooring. These are black wood grained planks with hints of grey and maple. Looks great installed, great for modern or contemporary design. I'm selling it for $1.50 sq. ft. OBO. (Includes quality liner at this price). These are 12mm quality planks with various lengths in each box.

Regarding the pictures:
The picture of the flooring installed was when it wasn't cleaned yet. It looks sharp once swept and Swiffer mopped with water and a little vinegar.
