5 Ton Split System Air Conditioning - $1,850 obo

I have a RUUD 5 Ton Split System Air Condition Package for sale. This unit is good for commercial or residential applications. The air handling unit and condensing unit are both in good condition. Both come with electrical disconnect. Units have very little hours on them. They were originally installed in a commercial building and started up in 2007, but the building was not in operation long before shutting the units off. They were removed from the building in July 2010 and have been in storage since. I personally inspected the unit and verified that it was fully functional and cooling great before disconnection. The combo package would retail for approximately $3,500 new. I am asking $1,850 but will accept any reasonable best offer. I want to get the units out of my storage unit ASAP. Please look over the pictures and let me know if you have any questions. I also have a digital copy of the owners manual should you want to review. This manual includes all of the wiring diagrams, operating and maintenance instructions.
