Couch and chair for sale - $350

Details:

Selling a 2-seat couch and chair. Chocolate brown. Originally purchased approx 3 years ago, but need to get rid of some furniture. House was smoke free, and had a cat with no claws. Did not see heavy traffic, either. Buyer has to pick up item. I'm on the second floor of a walk-up, so I'm willing to assist in moving it out and loading onto van or truck, or whatever.
