This is a new construction sliding glass window made by American Intergrity. Actual measurement is 60" wide and 41 and 1/2" tall. It is the 300 Heritage Series which is a low profile window which means it does not have the wide heavy looking trim around the outside. Dual Pane, Lowe E glass. Positive action lock. I purchased this window for a studio I built above my garage but the framers messed up and I could not use it. Brand new this window cost $350. Please call Al at 619-200-7793 if interested.
