We ordered this door well in advance of our remodel since lead times for Marvin products were 20+ weeks at the time. Our plans changed in the course of the work and we no longer need it. It is brand-new, never used, still wrapped in plastic, waiting for your project! Delivery available to SF Bay Area for $150.
