Hardwood Flooring Credit - $1

Credit for $70,000 worth of hardwood flooring at Carlisle Wide Plank Flooring that I am willing to sell for $60,000 (but I can break it up between buyers as necessary). It was deposit for a project I was doing but now I am moving out the country.

This is not a trick. I am happy to verify with retailer and even walk the store with you.

You can pick out any flooring and they have a showroom in the SF Design Center.

Again, I am willing to sell it for $60,000 (a ten thousand dollar discount or 15%). That is in addition to the the 15% contractor discount that I already received so you are looking at total savings of 30% off retail.
