Door was installed in new construction home but it had the wrong lock set configuration so a new identical door was purchased leaving us with this extra door. Purchased in 2021 and only used while waiting for the replacement door slab. Original price for the door was $1,295 and the lock set was $397.

Includes as shown, Therma-Tru Front Door slab - fits 3’0’ x 8’0’ rough opening- with Multipoint lever lock set.

Inside measurements of the finished door frame is 95 1/2 tall (from the top of frame to the adjustable threshold) x 36 1/8 wide. Door is 1 3/4 inches thick.
