Brand new. When I ordered this toilet I didn’t check the distance to the wall and the plumbing part and had to buy a different toilet. This was the last bathroom of the remodel so the 45 day return policy had gone by msrp is $704. I put it back in the original box but don’t have a pallet to ship it. Also I don’t think I have all the packaging styrofoam or whatever since my contractor had removed it from box to install. It’s brand new since we couldn’t install it and had been sitting in the box in my garage for two months.
