A local non-profit organization has reclaimed 400 sq ft of 3 1/4 inch southern yellow pine flooring from a c. 1900 house in Iowa City. Flooring is sold for $3.00 a square foot. Flooring is in refinishable condition. Some tongues and bottom grooves were partially broken in the reclaiming process. All floor is still in condition to be relaid, but the surface refinishing is needed. All flooring will be denailed and bundled before purchase.
