On board the Cormorant, you will be welcomed by an enthusiastic crew that includes an expert cruise director and naturalist tour guide from your destination area. They are there to answer any questions and ensure your trip goes as smoothly as possible. You will begin your explorations on Santa Cruz Island, where you will visit El Chato Tortoise Reserve before exploring Puerto Ayora - an alluring town located at the heart of the island with main sights and historic architecture to see, as well as shops to peek in or simply rest before meeting up with your group for dinner! After dinner, you will be transported to the pier, and you will get your first glimpses of Galapagos wildlife, including giant tortoises and marine iguanas, playful sea lions, and green sea turtles at Gardner Bay as well as some other surprises!
