We are pleased to offer this classically Craftsman styled Tiger oak table.

This table is made in a classic, straight forward Craftsman style. The wood of the legs and table aprons are of quarter sawn, or Tiger Oak. The table top is made up of five, 1 inch thick planks, joined together with tongue and groove joints. The four legs are of 2 1/2 inch square stock, providing a very sturdy platform. The grain on the legs and table aprons is quite beautiful. The center leg stretcher forms a handy platform for additional storage.

This table is 30 1/4 inches high. The table top measures 43 1/8 by 28 1/4 inches

This is, without a doubt, a very sturdy table, The one thing that needs attention on this table, is the drawer, there are signs of wear on the drawer sides that are evidence of a poor fit. The bottom of the drawer could be made to fit a bit tighter, as well. The drawer joinery is daddoed, rather than dovetail, or mortised. The drawer pulls have been replaced, and are not truly in keeping with the style of the table.

It looks as if a previous owner has tried to refinish the table, If this were my table I would strip the old finish, fine sand, and oil the wood. This would help to eliminate some of the stains the table top has acquired over the years

This is a nice sturdy table with a classic American styling. If you appreciate the simple and functional Craftsman style, maybe this table could find a place in your home.
