Deconstructed house - $0

Reproduction of carvers grove in Williamsburgh, Va. This house was built in 1925-30 for the Ingersoll family. The original is now in private hands and was built in 1765. I deconstructed the house and it awaits a buyer with a good piece of land. The millwork is museum quality. This approach affords the best combination of new building technology, fine craftsmanship, good stewardship, and great resale value. The house was 9900 sq. ft. we are taking out the windows next and then the brick and lastly the structural timbers.
