Even while some older games require downloadable material and season passes, you may still purchase the "complete/GOTY edition" of a game, which should have the majority of the game's content (if not all of it), and should be the version of the game that runs the best. Older video games, whether Jeux vidéo rétro or just a few years old, are almost always superior to newer ones in content completion.
