I purchased 175 sf of Italian Rectified (for tight grout joints) 12x24 tile called Emil Stone Talk White Minimal from a tile shop for over $1200 but found gorgeous original wood under the vinyl and decided to refinish it.

Selling for $400 off and the tile is nicely boxed and stacked in a shed by the alleyway for easy transport.
