750 SQUARE FEET OF LUDOWICI ROOFING TILE - $400 obo

Ludowici produces the finest clay tile made in the World today! Based in Ohio, the company has been in business continuously for 130 years!! Some of the finest homes in America use LUDOWICI TILE! I recently re-roofed my English Tudor home in the Hancock Park area of Los Angeles, and selected this “LUDO-SHAKE” tile to replace my old wooden roof. It comes in at 597 pounds/square, which is within the structural load limit set by the city of Los Angeles.

As it turns out, we ordered too much and that is what I have available here in their “ANTIQUE BRUNSWICK BLACK” LUDOSHAKE PREMIER. I have three different widths, shown in the last photograph. I will also include caps, ridges ,hips and other material. There is approximately 750 to 800 square feet, most of which is still wrapped and placed on the pallets I received them on. This is a current color, and more could be ordered if required. My cost for this tile was over $4000, so at $400 you are getting a real bargain.
