Hepplewhite Antique Dining Set - $700

My family's heirloom antique dining set sadly will not fit in our home, so I need to part with it. This set is from the early 1900s, Asking $700 for table and buffet together. (Price per piece listed below) (In mint condition, these pieces would be $5,000 each).
Dining set includes:
• Expandable Dining Table: 66.5" L x 42" W x 30" H ($500 on own)
-Includes 5 leaves and felt-lined table pad
-Scratch down center of table (I always covered this with a runner, but it is repairable.)
• (CHAIRS HAVE SOLD; NOT AVAILABLE)
• Buffet: 72" L x 21" W x 37.5" H ($300 on own)
-Inlaid flower detailing on front cabinets.
-Two drawers (top drawer has partitions for storing silverware
-Water damage on top, which I covered with a custom-cut mirror "runner" (3 pieces, picture here. Included)
