This is a hard to find, highly desirable gray-tone (almost a washed oak appearance) that looks very clean/modern yet classic. This flooring is very high end... No one will be able to tell it's not true hardwood due to color and quality.

This flooring came with a 30 year warranty and is an upscale commercial grade quality. I really did my research on this flooring before I put my money down. Would totally keep this product if plans didn't change.
