Precast mortar fireplace Mantel/Surround - $1

I have what I believe to be either Clermont Cast Stone or Hearthco Dublin one piece 3 sided surround. White in color, paint grade(ready/need to be painted). BRAND NEW never used. Most of my inventory still has bubble wrap and packaging in tact and are in great condition. I have about 35 of these leftNO RETURNS They usually retail for $300-500, I'm asking for a fraction of that because I need the space.
