ChemGrout pneumatically powered, skid mounted cement grout plant consisting of one 44 gallon capacity vertical shaft paddle mixer and one CG-030 single acting piston type grout pump. An oversize 6" diameter mixer discharge gate facilitates discharge of thick mixes into a 15 gallon capacity hopper situated directly above the pump. The grout pump is driven by a 6" diameter self-reciprocating cylinder, which allows the pump to produce discharge rates up to 16 GPM and pressures up to 400 PSI.
