I did a remodel on my house over the past couple years, the company that made my doors and baseboard estimated WAY too much baseboard for the house, actually I think I could do my house over again and still have boards to spare.

This material has been sitting inside my Air Conditioned storage unit for a while, I'm trying to get rid of things I don't have a use for.

You should be able to do a 1000-1200SF house with this baseboard. TO estimate the amount you will need, simply measure all the walls in the rooms and add it up. You'd be surprised how many LF you actually need compared to what you think you need.

I paid over $8.00 per LINEAR FOOT for this custom distressed knotty alder baseboard. It's already stained and finished with a semi gloss Sherwin Williams top coat. Simply cut and nail it up. If you know anything about custom woodwork, distressing anything adds a lot of expense to it.

This is an AMAZING buy for someone looking for amazing baseboard for a rock bottom price!
