A local non-profit organization has reclaimed 1,000 sq ft of 2 1/4 Southern Yellow from a 1925 house in Iowa City. Flooring is sold for $3.00 a square foot. Flooring was in excellent condition prior to removal. Some tongues and bottom grooves were partially broken in the reclaiming process. All floor is still in condition to be relaid. All flooring will be denailed and bundled before purchase.
