A local non-profit organization has reclaimed 1,500 sq ft of 1 1/2 inch red oak flooring from a 1925 house in Iowa City. Flooring is sold for $2.67 a square foot. Flooring was in excellent condition. Some tongues and bottom grooves were partially broken in the reclaiming process. All floor is still in condition to be relaid. All flooring will be denailed and bundled before purchase.
